How to choose 32-bit or 64-bit?

Most modern computers are 64-bit systems. Choose 64-bit for better performance. If your computer was purchased before 2010, or system shows 32-bit, choose 32-bit version.

Cannot install after download?

Please ensure: ① Disable antivirus and retry; ② Run installer as administrator; ③ Check sufficient disk space. If issue persists, contact technical support.

Do I need to uninstall old version?

No. Installing the new version automatically replaces the old one, your settings and data will be fully preserved.

How to continue using after trial period?

After the 3-day trial ends, top up in-app to continue using. Top-up credits never expire. Minimum $0.29 for 40 uses.
